A hearty expression of Chianti Classico with burnt red cherries, treacle tart, cedar, sandalwood and dried fruit. Quite drying and chunky on the palate, but I appreciate the richness and spicy undertones. Drink now.

This is a very subtle and reductive style of sangiovese with red plums, citrus, cedar and earth. Mediumbodied and finely textured with firm tannins and bright acidity. A little tart and rustic, but I like the purity and focus. Drink now.

Dried herbs, burnt blackberries, tar and oyster-shell and crushedstone notes make an interesting combination. Full-bodied and densely structured with the dark fruit tumbling into a bedrock of brambly tannins. Drink from 2022.
